Content Requirements
- Products must be clearly visible.
- Content must be authentic, high quality, and aligned with the K2 SPHERE brand.
- Tag @k2sphere where applicable.
- Include a link to the K2 SPHERE website and/or Amazon Store whenever possible.
- Content must remain publicly available for a minimum of 90 days.
FTC Disclosure
Influencer agrees to comply with applicable advertising laws and platform guidelines,
including appropriate disclosure of sponsored or gifted content (e.g. #ad or #gifted).
Content Delivery
The Influencer agrees to create and publish all agreed content within 10 calendar days
of receiving the product, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If the Influencer is unable to meet this deadline, they must notify K2 SPHERE LLC
immediately to request written approval for a revised delivery date.
Content Quality
All submitted content must meet professional quality standards and accurately
represent the K2 SPHERE brand.
K2 SPHERE LLC reserves the right to request reasonable revisions or corrections
before approving the collaboration if the delivered content does not meet the
agreed quality standards.
Non-Delivery
If the Influencer fails to publish the agreed content within 10 calendar days
of receiving the product, and no written extension has been approved,
K2 SPHERE LLC reserves the right to request either:
- Return of all products provided in their original condition (where applicable), or
- Reimbursement of the full retail value of the products.
Confidentiality
The Influencer agrees to keep confidential any non-public information shared by
K2 SPHERE LLC, including business information, marketing strategies, product
development, pricing, and future product launches, unless written permission is provided.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws
of the State of Wyoming, United States.
